Open GRAPHML File

The GraphML file extension is used by files created with a program called yEd.

yEd is a general-purpose diagramming program with a multi-document interface. This program creates graphs or diagrams that can hold large amounts of data and can print diagrams with many pages.

It is a cross-platform application written in Java that runs on Windows, Linux, Mac OS, and other platforms that support the Java Virtual Machine.

GRAPHML is basically an XML type file that makes it readable and allows to cover a wide range of graphic forms such as hyper graphics, mixed graphics, and undirected and oriented graphs.

These charts use nodes and edges that represent user-defined numeric value. For example, Gephi is a general-purpose visualization and analysis application that uses the GRAPHML file format.

GraphML files are used by this program to store access network traffic data and visual connectivity.
