Open INDD File
The INDD file is the main file type associated with InDesign. When you save a page layout project, InDesign creates the INDD file to store the project.
Professional page layout projects created with Adobe InDesign include information on page layout, content, linked files, styles, and samples.
INDD files are commonly used to create and format books, magazines, newspapers, brochures, and brochures.
InDesign documents are also compatible and can be opened with InCopy, Adobe's professional writing program.
