Open ITHMB File
Files with an ITHMB extension are used to store data and photo utilities on iPhones and iPods.
These files contain the thumbnails of the existing image collection on your mobile device.
As you can guess, ITHMB files are designed to explore images on devices manufactured by Apple, such as iPods or iPhones. It also serves the purpose of an organization and adaptation of images for use in photo management programs.
As Windows thumbnail files work, each thumbnail image is related and linked to a larger image, which is also on the device. However, it should be mentioned that ITHMB files are limited in the amount of thumbnails they can store, since they only support 25.
ITHMB files are not compatible with other devices or operating systems, therefore a prior conversion is necessary, so, to open and work or convert an ITHMB files you need to have one of the following programs installed:
