Open WBZ File
The WBZ extension files are used by Webshots Desktop Connect, which is a program that is responsible for organizing and sharing digital images through the Web which also works as a viewer for them.
WBZ files contain one or more downloaded images and store them in a proprietary format. WBZ format is used to pack images to later download them and thus allow them to be viewed in Webshots Desktop Connect.
Webshots Desktop Connect was formerly known as Webshots Desktop and was owned by AG Interactive before being acquired by Threefold Photos in 2012.
Initially it was a screensaver related to sports, which was sold for desktop computers.
The WBZ extension files are basically a ZIP container, but with a proprietary format, opening them with other untested software is not recommended. To work with WBZ files, the use of the following software is recommended:
