Microsoft Photo Story is a free application that allows users to create a visual story, to show and tell the presentation, from their digital photos.
Said WP3 file contains images, effects, subtitles, audio, and playback settings, and is used to compile personal photos for playback on desktop video players and mobile devices.
WP3 files can be exported to WMV files in Photo Story.
There is a limitation on the number of images that can be imported into the WP3 file, which is set to 200.
